EFSP Phase 39 Funding is to supplement existing emergency food, shelter and supportive services
provided by local nonprofit, faith-based and governmental organizations.
Organizations interested in applying for EFSP Phase 39 funding MUST ATTEND the Phase 39 EFSP Virtual Request
for Funding Proposal Workshop that will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
